Job Title:
Furniture Associate
Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay Range: Starting at $15.00-$16.00 per hour (Higher pay opportunities available through skilled training programs, DOE & position)

• Assist with the assembly, production, and preparation of quality furniture products.
• Learn various production processes within a furniture manufacturing environment.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help maintain quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• No previous experience required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.

• Starting pay at $15.00-$16.00 per hour or more DOE & position. Skilled training programs available.
