Job Description:
- Ensure the Spiritual Health of the Church—Move Us Upward
- Lead Strategic Oversight and Planning—Move Us Forward
- Supervise Staff and Volunteers—Make Us Stronger
- Oversight of Worship—Primary Preaching—Move Us Biblically
- Care of Partners and Community—Move Us to Love
Qualifications:
- Currently ordained or eligible to be ordained in ECO
- Receive, adopt and be bound by the Essential Tenets of ECO
- Master of Divinity from an accredited theological seminary
- Prefer at least 10 years experience as a Senior Pastor with major preaching responsibilities
- Experience leading a staff of paid full-time and part-time employees plus several ministry volunteers
- Experience leading change, directing organizational structure, and vision alignment
