Avardis Health - 2030 Harper Avenue Northwest - Responsibilities:
Manage Nursing Staff Schedules Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.;
Ensure Adequate Coverage Work closely with the Director of Nursing to secure coverage for vacant shifts, open positions, vacations, and leave requests.;
Daily Staffing Reports Complete daily staffing sheets and track nursing hours to meet PPD (Per Patient Day) requirements while maintaining compliance logs.;
Monitor and Verify Employee Attendance Review time clock punches, verify hours worked, and identify staffing trends.;
Collaborate with Admissions Team Stay updated on census changes, new admissions, and discharges to adjust staffing accordingly.
