As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care while working collaboratively with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program

  • Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License

  • Current CPR Certification

  • Minimum one (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred

  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care.

  • Administer medications
    , perform comprehensive nursing assessments
    , provide wound care
    , and complete accurate clinical documentation
    .

  • Supervise Nursing Assistants and support exceptional resident care.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly notify physicians of any significant changes.

  • Ensure compliance with CMS, state, federal, and facility regulations
    .

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
    .

  • Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
    .
