As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight to our nursing team. You will work closely with our Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with our company's mission and values. • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards that align with company goals and regulations
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to identify and address areas for improvement in patient care and staff development
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient care and identify opportunities for quality improvement
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
