Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility including perimeter, parking areas, shipping/receiving zones, and trailer yards;
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries and support access control processes;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations;
Assist with security-related reporting and communication regarding operational issues and emergencies
