Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology data center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.;
Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and documenting actions taken.;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications while maintaining a professional presence in a high-availability technology environment.
