Security Officer Patrol Operations

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology data center by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access control points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-related concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and documentation procedures.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
