Construction Laborers - Lenoir, NC
Next Level Technician is urgently hiring Construction Laborers for a long‑term opportunity in Lenoir NC for $18 - $22 per hour based on experience.
Construction Laborers at Next Level Technician will be working at a variety of Commercial and Industrial sites. These sites can include data centers, schools, hospitals, offices, retail stores, and industrial plants and warehouses. Each site and scope of work will be unique and add to the skillset and knowledge of the Construction Laborers!
Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities:- Support construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic installation tasks
- Work closely with supervisors and skilled trades to assist where needed
- Follow all site safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Learn and assist in low‑voltage cabling tasks (e.g., pulling cable, labeling, preparing materials)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Take direction and training to develop technical skills over time
- No prior experience required – we provide all training
- Interest in building a long‑term career in cabling or the construction trades
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to working safely and as part of a team
- Weekly Pay – Get paid every week
