• Install Cat6 network cabling and pre-terminated fiber optic cables (single-mode and multi-mode) in data center environments.
• Work with both LC and MPO fiber connectors for high-performance connectivity.
• Dress and organize cables using proper wire management techniques, including cable trays and ladder racks.
• Rack and stack network switches, servers, and other data center hardware.
• Accurately label all cables and components to maintain meticulous documentation and organization.
• Read and interpret data center layouts, network diagrams, and technical blueprints.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards for quality, reliability, and safety.

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience working in data centers.
• Proven experience with Cat6 and fiber optic cabling installation (pre-terminated preferred).
• Familiarity with LC and MPO connectors.
• Working knowledge of telecom and data network infrastructure; BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Must have basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel to job sites within North Carolina as needed.
