Specialty Services Technician

A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc., a family-owned company in Yuba City, CA, is seeking a Specialty Services Technician to provide residential and commercial pest, termite, and rodent control. In this field-based role, you'll perform inspections, diagnose pest issues, and apply targeted treatments using safe, effective methods. You'll manage your route independently, maintain equipment and vehicles, and deliver clear communication and friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pest, termite, and rodent inspections and treatments
• Apply pesticides and specialty treatment products safely and in compliance with regulations
• Diagnose pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans to customers
• Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and application tools
• Document services, treatment plans, and findings in service reports or mobile systems
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining services, safety precautions, and follow-up needs
• Follow company safety protocols and state/federal pest control regulations
• Coordinate daily routes and schedules to ensure timely service delivery
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex pest issues
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to maintain industry knowledge
