Start your data center career in a hands-on role supporting the installation of servers, network equipment, cabling, and rack infrastructure. You’ll follow clear procedures, learn from experienced technicians, and gain exposure to rack-and-stack work, power connections, airflow management, and advanced cooling systems. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are just as important as your technical background.
