We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Revenue Management to join the team. This position supports the development and execution of total resort revenue strategies for Miraval Berkshires Resort & Spa. Through advanced analysis, forecasting, pricing, inventory control, distribution, and cross-functional collaboration, this role translates complex data into clear recommendations that optimize Total Revenue, RevPOG, occupancy, average daily rate, package production, and profitability.

This position partners closely with the Area Director of Revenue Management, Director of Commercial Services, property leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Spa, Programming, and Finance to align revenue strategy with demand patterns, operational capacity, guest experience priorities, and resort goals. The Assistant Director prepares and presents performance insights, participates in forecasting and strategy meetings, and helps ensure approved actions are implemented accurately and on time.

The Assistant Director also serves as a subject matter expert for revenue and reservations systems, supports data integrity and reporting discipline, mentors team members, and leads process improvements that strengthen the revenue management culture.

Essential Functions

Revenue Strategy & Commercial Execution

* Partner with the Area Director of Revenue Management to develop, execute, and refine holistic revenue strategies that optimize total resort revenue and profitability.

* Translate pace, demand patterns, booking window, length of stay, cancellation trends, channel performance, guest behavior, and competitive intelligence into pricing, inventory, package, and demand recommendations.

* Participate in weekly forecasting, revenue, and commercial strategy meetings; provide strategic recommendations and facilitate clear, data-driven discussion.

* Align revenue decisions with approved budgets and forecasts, Miraval brand positioning, operational capacity, guest value, and the distinct nature of the Miraval experience.

* Monitor reservations sales performance, conversion, productivity, and guest demand signals; proactively communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Forecasting, Analytics & Performance Reporting

* Lead advanced analysis of business trends, demand patterns, segment performance, channel contribution, package production, and guest behaviors to inform commercial decisions.

* Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.

* Support accurate short- and long-range forecasts and identify material variances, emerging risks, and opportunities requiring leadership action.

* Oversee and enhance recurring reporting processes with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, automation, efficiency, and business relevance.

* Maintain organized records of decisions, assumptions, actions, results, and learnings to improve accountability and future strategy development.

Pricing, Inventory, Distribution & Package Management

* Support pricing, restrictions, inventory controls, length-of-stay strategy, overbooking parameters, segmentation, channel mix, and other revenue management decisions.

* Serve as a subject matter expert on PMS, CRS, PrO or successor RMS, reservations, and reporting systems; oversee package and rate-plan creation and optimization in alignment with approved strategy.

* Monitor rate, inventory, package, and content accuracy across direct and third-party distribution channels and coordinate timely corrective action when issues are identified.

* Evaluate channel costs, contribution, conversion, and guest value to support profitable mix and direct booking performance.

* Partner with Hyatt enterprise revenue, distribution, digital, and systems teams to implement approved strategies, resolve issues, and adopt relevant capabilities.

Systems, Data Integrity & Process Improvement

* Ensure data integrity across revenue, reservations, distribution, and reporting systems through disciplined quality assurance and validation processes.

* Identify system, reporting, and workflow improvements that increase accuracy, speed, visibility, and decision quality.

* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, checklists, reporting calendars, and documentation that reinforce consistent execution.

* Lead or support special projects related to revenue optimization, system enhancements, automation, package architecture, and process improvement.
