A large health system in western Massachusetts has an opening for a Dermatologist. Our Health System is the region's leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services, with award-winning programs, nationally recognized physicians, and world-class technology. We are a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Boston University.

About the Opportunity:

• Team of 4 Dermatology Providers including Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
• Option to do MOHS and cosmetics
• Practice has excellent support from a full-time Plastic Surgeon for cancer consults or consults
• No call
• The practice was recently renovated to house six exam rooms and two fully equipped procedure rooms for procedures in the clinic. Liquid Nitrogen available onsite.
• This is a busy practice with a very low no-show rate. The schedule is always full
• Full clinical autonomy

Financial Package:

• Benefits include 7 weeks off- including CME, vacation, and sick
• 4500 CME allowance every fiscal year
• Guaranteed salary at first, then transition into an RVU production model
• $45k signing/relocation bonus
