Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:
* Assist guests in reaching the right service at the right time, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Support post-service guest needs, including recommending products for home use based on provider guidance.
* Gain knowledge of product selection to enhance guest satisfaction and follow professional recommendations.
* Learn and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently for transactions and inventory management.
* Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable support to create a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
* Availability Wednesday and Thursday from 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM.
* Hold a current Massage Therapy, Aesthetician, or Cosmetology license, or be actively enrolled in a program leading to one of those licenses.
* Experience working in retail or a full-service salon is preferred.
* A passion for beauty and personal care is highly valued.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience with high-end clientele is desired.
* Demonstrate professionalism, poise, and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to provide personalized, attentive service to enhance the guest experience.

* Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.

PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $17.68 / hour
