Actively participate in and foster the Bank's Culture of excellence while supporting the Bank's strategic initiatives. The Branch Supervisor (Tier II) serves as a highly operational branch leader responsible for driving frontline execution, overseeing complex branch operations, supporting customer relationship growth, and delivering advanced servicing and account opening support. This role combines strong operational leadership with relationship management responsibilities - balancing teller line oversight, account opening proficiency, customer problem resolution, and coaching support to ensure the branch operates efficiently while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Branch Supervisor (Tier II) team members are expected to lead with confidence, operational discipline, urgency, and customer-centered thinking while helping strengthen both branch performance and customer relationships. Consistently and effectively manage behavior within the Bank's established customer service standards and core values while adhering to all established Bank Policy and procedures.
Must possess
- the ability to read, write and speak fluently in the English language

- Associate degree or higher in business, finance, or related area preferred.
