Hours: 30 hours per week (Weekends Required)

Pay Range: $44–$55 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Lenox, MA. This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend coverage and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills and manage dysphagia
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Educate residents and families on therapy strategies and goals

Qualifications:

• Active MA SLP license
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
