Resident Assistant (RA) – Lenox, MA

Skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care is available nearby at Kimball Farms Lifecare Community.

  : 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (includes differential pay)

Resident Assistant will assist elderly people who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and need 24-hour oversight. The Resident Assistant’s role is to assist residents with those activities of daily living that they are unable to perform without help, always fostering residents’ independence and freedom of choice.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working in long term care/ assisted living community preferred.
• Previous experience working with dementia residents.
