Weekend Warrior

Mount Carmel Care Center, a Catholic not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in North Adams, MA, is seeking a compassionate Weekend Warrior to support our residents on Saturdays and Sundays. In this resident-centered role, you'll assist older adults with daily living activities, comfort, and mobility while promoting dignity, respect, and safety. Working closely with our nursing and rehab teams, you'll help carry out individualized care plans, observe and report changes, and foster warm relationships with residents in a faith-informed, teamwork-focused environment dedicated to high-quality elder care.
