Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | Flexible Weekday & Weekend Schedule
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $44 – $55/hr
Estimated Annual Salary: $91,520 – $114,400/year
Job SummaryProvide speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing therapy services in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements- Active SLP License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC‑SLP preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License – Required
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology – Required
- CCC‑SLP – Preferred
- BLS/CPR Certification – Preferred
