- Performs nightly turndown service, including preparing beds and placing appropriate in-house materials.
- Empty trash, fill ice buckets, closes blinds, and replace soiled linens with fresh ones.
- Responds promptly to guest and Front Desk requests for housekeeping assistance.
- Replenishes room amenities and cleans any carry-over rooms from the day shift.
- Cleans and maintains common areas such as the break room and computer resource room.
- Ensures all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently to maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
- Rotating shift, 4pm-10pm to cover days off and weekends.
- At least 1 year of experience as a turn down attendant or houseperson in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
- Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.

PAY RANGE: $16.50 - $17.16
