The PM Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall housekeeping operations and management team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and delivering excellent service.

• Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.
• Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.

• 2nd Shift position
• Weekends required

• Previous housekeeping and/or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Bilingual preferred.
