The AM Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall housekeeping operations and management team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards and delivering excellent service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Support the housekeeping management team with daily operations and team coordination.

* Clean and maintain public areas and guest rooms as needed.

* Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure they are ready for use and meet quality standards.

* Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.

* Provide coaching, counseling, and on-the-job guidance to housekeeping team members.

* Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily task assignments.

* Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
