The Event Concierge is a highly visible, guest-facing member of the Group Sales & Events team and serves as a key operational extension of the Event Planning Manager team.

This role serves as the onsite resource for event planners, VIP guests, vendors, and resort departments, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, retreats, weddings, and special events while delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey. The ideal candidate is an internal team member with strong knowledge of Miraval operations, established relationships across departments, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The role requires flexible schedules, including early morning or late evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients, resort operations, and event planning.
  • Proactively resolve issues, fulfill special requests, coordinate logistics, and serve as the go-to resource for day‑of event support.
  • Provide day‑of event support in a fast‑paced environment, anticipating needs before they arise and embodying Miraval’s commitment to personalized service and wellbeing.
Qualifications
  • Embrace the ethos and culture of the Miraval wellbeing brand.
  • Preferred internal candidate with demonstrated knowledge of Miraval operations and resort culture, able to create strong relationships across resort departments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, events, concierge, or resort operations.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn hospitality systems.
