Shift differentials available for evenings, nights, and weekends

• $16/hr – Start as a Resident Care Assistant
• $17/hr – After completing CNA training
• $18/hr – After passing your CNA certification exam

• Paid CNA Training:
  We cover the cost of your CNA course while you gain hands‑on experience.
• LPN Talent Pipeline Program:
  Through our partnership with McCann Technical School, eligible employees can complete their LPN program at no cost. (LPNs start at $35/hr)

The primary purpose of this position is to provide residents with routine daily care and assisting with direct resident care duties and indirect resident care duties, as directed by the Charge Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistants.
