Responsibilities- Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses.
- Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean.
- Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction.
- Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations.
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a positive, guest-focused mindset, demonstrating flexibility, urgency, and pride in delivering Canyon Ranch standards.
- Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and specified shifts:
Thursday - Monday, PM and AM shifts available. - Meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. repeatedly and walking extensively.
- Exhibit a mature, outgoing, proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing food and beverage team.
- Use of services and facilities including the spa, fitness classes, lectures, and overnight stays at all Canyon Ranch locations nationwide.

PAY RANGE: $16.50 - $17.16 / hour
