Retail Team Lead

AtFamily Footwear Center, we’re hiring aRetail Team Leadto support daily store operations and help maintain a strong customer experience on the sales floor.

This is a working role. You’ll spend your time assisting customers, supporting the team, and keeping the store running to standard. During certain shifts, you’ll also open or close the store and oversee operations in the absence of a manager.

• Deliver a high level of customer service and drive sales on the floor
• Maintain store standards — clean, organized, and well merchandised
• Work alongside the team to keep the store running efficiently

• Open and close the store in accordance with procedures
• Support the flow of the shift and keep priorities on track
• Act as the point of contact when a manager is not present

• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
• Strong communication and sound decision-making
• Reliable, steady, and able to handle responsibility when needed
• Full-Time (Hourly)
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Active role — standing and moving throughout shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
