Oversee the grocery operation of a retail unit: dry grocery, dairy, frozen food and DSD;
Manage associates within the department by ensuring that all company policies and procedures are adhered to with regard to Grocery operations;
Responsible for training and developing all associates within the Grocery department;
Ensure sanitation and safety policies are adhered to within Grocery/General Merchandise department;
Coordinate the merchandising of all Grocery/General Merchandise products and work with other department managers to meet delivery schedules
