Field Service Technician

Salary Details

The starting wage is $25-28 per hour, with potential for increase based on experience. Training for plumbing school provided.

• Safe operation of a company vehicle in accordance with state and federal DOT laws.
• Adherence to established safety procedures.
• Completion of daily service orders promptly.
• Perform diagnostics, installations or removals on residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.
• Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, effectively communicating equipment status and providing problem-solving solutions.
• Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in past due receivables collection.

Based at our Lenox, MA office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as required.

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Must undergo a DOT physical (at the time of hire and every two years thereafter), a drug screen, and a background check in line with state and Federal laws.
• Minimum of one year of plumbing or maintenance experience required
• Face-to-face customer service experience

• Ability to lift over 100 pounds
• Ability to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours)
• Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods.
