PT Administrative Assistant

Location:

Leominster – Fully Onsite

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00/10:00 AM to 2:00/3:00 PM
Pay: $23–$26/hour

A busy and fast‑paced company is seeking a part‑time Administrative Assistant to support one of the owners with day‑to‑day administrative needs related to materials, machinery, and production‑side operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and able to provide strong office support in a hands‑on environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing, and document organization.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help keep daily priorities on track.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and update databases, contact lists, records, and internal documentation.
  • Support internal and external communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with administrative follow‑up related to materials, machinery, production needs, and office operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to help ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment and provide support as needs shift throughout the day.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment such as scanners, copiers, printers, and phones.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
