Junior Clerk

Curriculum Office - Leominster Public Schools

Location:

Central Administration Building

Schedule:

Full-time, 52-week year

Responsibilities include:

  • Clerical support for Curriculum team members, grant managers and technology team
  • Communication with schools and other district departments
  • Maintain Curriculum Team Google Drive and Calendar
  • Management of purchasing process for curriculum team, grant managers and technology team
  • Requisition s
  • Inventory
  • Vendor communication
  • Additional clerical duties as assigned for district level projects

Qualifications include:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to follow through and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with co-workers and all staff

Education and Experience Requirements include:

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Minimum of one year of Administrative support/clerical work
  • Database and Financial program experience
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools experience
  • School Information Management and Municipal Finance software experience a plus

Salary commensurate with related experience.
