Senior Member Service Center Representative, Bilingual – English​/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional member experience to existing members and potential members through various communication channels
• Perform all MSC operational duties including loan log reviews and ordering office supplies
• Respond to inquiries from members and resolve issues
• Coordinate and schedule member appointments
• Act as the first escalation point for all Member Service Center Representatives
• Coach and mentor MSC staff to achieve goals
• Support members with digital branch products
• Guide members through online loan application process
• Recommend appropriate solutions to meet member needs
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services
• Responsible for daily member support of electronic banking products/services
• Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One to three years’ prior banking experience
• Strong knowledge of Credit Union products and services
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport, both orally and in writing
• Excellent member service, active listening, and attention to detail skills
• Strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and adaptability skills
• Comfortable with technology and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday
• Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
