Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional member experience to existing members and potential members through various communication channels
- Perform all MSC operational duties including loan log reviews and ordering office supplies
- Respond to inquiries from members and resolve issues
- Coordinate and schedule member appointments
- Act as the first escalation point for all Member Service Center Representatives
- Coach and mentor MSC staff to achieve goals
- Support members with digital branch products
- Guide members through online loan application process
- Recommend appropriate solutions to meet member needs
- Maintain knowledge of all credit union products and services
- Responsible for daily member support of electronic banking products/services
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One to three years’ prior banking experience
- Strong knowledge of Credit Union products and services
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport, both orally and in writing
- Excellent member service, active listening, and attention to detail skills
- Strong time management, organizational, problem solving, and adaptability skills
- Comfortable with technology and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work a rotating schedule of Monday through Saturday
- Must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
