Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of workplace products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and support order fulfillment within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for business customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, and issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of B2B customer service and order management experience, preferably within a product-based industry.

• Managing customer orders from entry through completion
• Serving as the primary contact for assigned accounts and territories
• Partnering with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Resolving order discrepancies, shipping concerns, and service issues
• Maintaining accurate order documentation and customer records
• Proactively following up with customers regarding order status and approvals
• Supporting ongoing account management activities to strengthen long-term client relationships

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B environment
• Proven order processing and order management experience
• Background supporting customers within manufacturing, furniture, automotive, or other tangible product industries
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities
