Pay Range: $18.50 to $22.75 per hour (budgeted amount). Final offers based on skills, experience, location, qualifications, and job‑related factors.

The On-the-Job Trained Dental Assistant Certificate Program is a comprehensive, structured training initiative designed to prepare individuals for entry‑level dental assisting roles. This program combines didactic instruction with hands‑on clinical experience, allowing participants to develop the technical skills, knowledge, and competencies required in a clinical dental setting.

Participants will complete a phased training program that includes classroom learning, supervised clinical practice, and competency‑based patient care experience.

• Attend all scheduled training sessions and clinical assignments
• Actively engage in learning and skill development activities
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and adherence to clinical protocols
• Successfully complete all required competencies and evaluations
• Comply with all organizational policies and patient care standards
• Commit to a full‑time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Meet the physical and clinical demands of a dental setting
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and perform in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in surrounding towns if needed

• Radiology Certification (per applicable state regulations)
• On-the‑Job Trained Dental Assistant License (as applicable)
• Certificate of Completion from the Dental Assistant Training Program
