Treatment Coordinator - Leominster Family DentistsLeominster Family Dentists is looking for an experienced and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy dental office environment, connecting with patients, and helping them understand and move forward with their recommended treatment.
The ideal candidate has prior dental front-office experience, strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced practice. Dentrix experience is preferred.
Schedule- Monday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Welcome patients and provide a positive, professional experience
- Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans
- Review treatment costs, insurance benefits, and available payment options
- Help patients understand their treatment recommendations and next steps
- Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate patient care
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and the front-office team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with insurance verification and treatment estimates as needed
- Support the overall efficiency and flow of a busy dental practice
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients
- Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Experience working in a busy dental practice
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and costs with patients
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and patient-focused approach
- Strong computer and administrative skills
