Substitute Teachers - Northwest Elementary School

Northwest Elementary is seeking dedicated and flexible Substitute Teachers to join our team. Substitutes play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning by providing high-quality instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver lesson plans and instructional activities provided by the classroom teacher.

* Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment.

* Follow school policies, procedures, and routines.

* Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria, playground, and other assigned areas.

* Communicate with staff and administration as needed.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Education degree preferred).

* Prior experience working with children is strongly preferred.

* Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

* Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and follow directions.

* Positive attitude and commitment to student learning.
