Job DescriptionLeominster Center for Technical Education Innovation (CTEi) is seeking an Instructor of Electronics Technology to develop, coordinate, deliver, and supervise technical and related theory learning experiences for students in the Electronics Technology program for the 2026–2027 school year. Instruction will align with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Vocational Technical Education Frameworks for Electronics Technology. Instructor will also update curriculum as needed.
Classes are taught to grades 9-12 in a comprehensive vocational school with thirteen technical programs.
Position Type: Full Time
Qualifications- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field and four years of recent (within the last seven years) full‑time employment directly related to electronics technology.
- A bachelor’s degree may substitute for one of the four years of required employment experience, provided the degree includes subject matter related to one or more strands of the Vocational Technical Education Framework in electronics technology, and/or education.
- A master’s degree may substitute for one of the four years of required employment experience, provided the degree includes subject matter related to one or more strands of the framework, and/or education.
- Candidate must be willing to pursue licensure according to Massachusetts DESE requirements within a prescribed time period or possess the appropriate DESE license.
Salary commensurate with related experience.
Salary range: $53,968 to $110,109 per year.
