Physical Education teacher at Diocese of Worcester Leominster, MA

Saint Anna Catholic School, Leominster MA is looking for a part-time (15 hours per week) Physical Education teacher for grades Preschool through 8th.

• Curriculum Development:
  Designing, planning, and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with school and diocesan standards.
• Instruction:
  Teaching sports, techniques, motor skills and fitness exercises.
• Safety & Management:
  Supervising gymnasium and playground to ensure a safe environment.
• Student Assessment:
  Evaluating student performance and progress in physical abilities conduct, effort, and health knowledge.
• Promotion of Health:
  Educating students on nutrition, personal wellness, and the benefits of regular physical activity.
• Equipment Care:
  Maintaining, setting up, and inventorying sports equipment and facilities.

• Associate's or Bachelor's in education, sports management, or related field.
• Experience working with students in camps, child care, or coaching.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate students and manage large groups.
• CPR and first aid certification.
