Leominster Public Schools is looking for a part‑time school nurse (.4 FTE) for the  school year. This grant‑funded position reports to the Nurse Manager and focuses on grant‑related activities.

• Assist in planning and conducting state‑mandated school screening programs and surveys.
• Assist in documenting and submitting required state reports.
• Assist in planning and implementing quality improvement projects.
• Serve as a resource for school nurses.
• May include substitute nursing duties.
• Educate the school community on healthy practices and serve as a health resource for staff, students, and families.
• Create a climate of physical and mental health and well‑being to minimize student absences due to illness.

• Current Massachusetts Nursing License – BSN required, MSN preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience, preferably in a community, public health, or school setting.
• DESE School Nurse Licensure preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, ASPEN, SNAP.

Salary commensurate with related experience. Bilingual candidates preferred (Spanish and/or Portuguese).
