Duty Aide

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Duty Aide to supervise students during lunch and recess. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, positive environment where kids can eat and play.

• Supervise & Support:
  Monitor the cafeteria and playground to ensure student safety.

• Resolve Conflicts:
  Use quick thinking and empathy to de-escalate peer disputes and solve problems.

• Teamwork:
  Coordinate with fellow aides and staff to manage student transitions smoothly.

• Reliability:
  Strict punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for student safety.

• Environmental Adaptability:
  Must be comfortable working in a loud cafeteria and outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Child-Focused:
  Ability to interact with elementary students with patience and flexibility.

• Background Check:
  Must pass all required school safety screenings.
