We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Duty Aide to supervise students during lunch and recess. The role involves maintaining a safe, positive environment where children can eat and play at the school cafeteria and playground.

• Supervise & Support: Monitor the cafeteria and playground to ensure student safety.
• Resolve Conflicts: Use quick thinking and empathy to de-escalate peer disputes and solve problems.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with fellow aides and staff to manage student transitions smoothly.

• Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential for student safety.
• Environmental Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a loud cafeteria and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Child-focused: Ability to interact with elementary students with patience and flexibility.
