Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Equipment Maintenance:
Work with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and the Maintenance team to create or optimize PM programs for new and existing equipment - Troubleshooting:
Assist the Equipment Engineer with complicated equipment downtime issues - Project Management:
Work with other teams to deliver customer commitments on manufacturing engineering projects and tasks - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with key stakeholders including Facilities, EHS, Industrial Engineering, and Operations - Design Tools:
Design tools and develop procedures to reduce manufacturing equipment variability and ease operator processes and training - Preventative Maintenance:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment - Communication:
Provide updates to key management
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering - Semiconductor Knowledge:
Ideally, familiarity with backend processes like die attach, wire bonding, and test equipment - Microsoft Tools:
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project - Team Player:
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in cross-functional teams - Technical Tools:
Hands‑on experience with test instruments like multimeters, oscilloscopes, micrometers, and calipers - US citizen or green card holder:

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $79,680.00 salary per year, Maximum of $99,600.00 salary per year. In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
