Graduate Process Engineer

• Lead design, material selection, qualification, and new product introduction for the HiRel Package Group.
• Manage projects through prototype builds, learning cycles, and qualification builds.
• Ensure designs meet quality and reliability criteria for HiRel applications.
• Develop and sustain design rules, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) standards.
• Partner with the package design team to release robust and reliable packages to production.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and resilience within the packaging team.

• Graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 with a Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of process flows, upstream and downstream interactions, and design of experiments (DOE).
• Ability to identify unexpected issues, drive root-cause analysis, and persevere until closure.
• Experience in data analysis and continuous process improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player and self‑starter.
• US citizenship or green card holder; required to provide proof of eligibility under U.S. export laws.

Wage range: minimum $75,000.00 per year, maximum $83,000.00 per year. In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
