Key responsibilities- Test Development :
Support the development of wafer probe, test production, and product characterization test solutions for digital power management products under the guidance of experienced engineers - Documentation :
Assist in defining test requirements, creating test plans, and documenting test methods as part of product development - Design Collaboration :
Collaborate with design and development engineers to understand and implement design-for-test (DFT) features that optimize product quality and testing efficiency - Hardware Design ( Learning Opportunity ) :
Gain hands‑on exposure to designing and developing test hardware using PCB tools like Cadence Allegro with support from team members and existing templates - Test Program Development :
Participate in creating, debugging, and verifying test programs on automated test equipment under mentorship, adhering to company standards - Optimization :
Contribute to efforts aimed at improving the quality and reducing the cost of test solutions through assigned tasks and guided optimization processes
- Education :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, - Test Systems Knowledge :
Eager to learn test development techniques for mixed-signal ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364 - Engineering Principles :
Basic understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signal integrity concepts - PCB Tools :
Willingness to learn PCB design tools like Cadence Allegro; prior exposure to similar tools is considered a plus - Programming Skills :
Familiarity with C/C++ or VB programming for engineering‑related applications or coursework - Design for Testability (Learning Opportunity) :
Strong interest in learning design-for-test and manufacturability principles while contributing to product development efforts - Lab Experience :
Hands‑on experience (through coursework or projects) with electrical measurements using signal generators, oscilloscopes, or spectrum analyzers is preferred - Soft Skills :
Excellent problem‑solving abilities, teamwork orientation, and effective communication skills

Salary pay information:
Location Indicative salary range Leominster, MA United States Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US $25.00 – US $31.00 Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
