This is a full-time on-site role for a Programming Assistant at Benchmark Senior Living at Leominster Crossings, located in Leominster, MA. The Programming Assistant will assist in planning, organizing, and executing engaging events and activities for residents. This includes coordinating with staff, communicating event details, ensuring residents’ needs are met, and assisting in maintaining a vibrant activity calendar. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service and conducting research to enhance the variety and quality of programs offered.

• Proficiency in programming and event planning for executing meaningful activities and events.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with residents, staff, and families.
• Ability to perform research for enhancing and diversifying program offerings.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple activities efficiently.
• Experience working with seniors or in the healthcare field is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in activities or social services are a plus.
