Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team of property management professionals at an apartment community in Leominster, MA.

• Electrical maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance
• HVAC maintenance
• Appliance repair
• Locks & keys
• Basic carpentry
• Painting and drywall repair
• Janitorial, grounds and snow removal
• Cleaning common areas and assigned areas
• Maintain exterior grounds according to company standards
• Respond to and remedy maintenance issues in a timely manner

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance with a minimum 3 years of related job experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self‑starter with initiative
• On‑call coverage for emergencies after hours, weekends and holidays
• Reliable vehicle needed
