OCS are recruiting a Cleaning Manager to join our passionate cleaning team. You’ll oversee all cleaning and related duties carried out by your team, ensuring high standards of hygiene across floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
You’ll manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, identify training needs, handle incident investigations, monitor products and stock, and keep records in line with budgets.
