Location: Leominster, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

About the Role

Westaff is seeking a dependable Shipping/Receiving Associate to join a manufacturing team in the Leominster area. This role is essential in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing materials meet strict quality and accuracy standards—particularly cable products that require precise electrical inspection.

• Outgoing Shipments
  :
  Perform detailed inspections of cable prior to shipment, including:
  Di-electric testing;
  Resistance measurements;
  Print legend verification. Prepare cable for shipment through:
  Labeling, lifting, arranging, palletizing;
  Strapping, wrapping, and boxing materials. Ensure all outgoing orders meet quality and documentation requirements.
• Incoming Shipments
  :
  Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials. Confirm accuracy of shipments against packing lists and purchase orders. Communicate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Previous manufacturing experience
• Prior shipping/receiving experience
• Electrical experience is a strong plus, especially with:
  Resistance measurement;
  Di-electric testing
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
