Shift: 7am to 3pm (5 days)

Job Description Performs and tracks all routine preventive maintenance on all production tools Repairs molds as required by welding and machining Oversees all work and work orders for all molds Manages all SMED changes to production molds Organizes all inserts in cabinets, and maintain cabinets Oversees all mold changes and reports Responsible for mold downtime and reports Directs fellow team members in daily workload Works with tooling vendors on repairs Maintains a safe inventory stock on mold parts.

Initiates purchase order for parts Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements Works daily with Quality department on defects Participates in on-call program and may be required to work additional hours as required Performs other related duties as assigned Follows all safety rules and procedures and observes the operations to ensure a safe environment
