Blow Mold Supervisor
Location:
Leominster, MA
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year with bonus potential.

Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop production employees within the blow molding department.
- Drive daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Monitor blow molding equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performance.
- Maintain compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures.
- Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, process improvement, and cost savings.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production scheduling.
- Experience leading teams and driving employee performance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
