Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year with bonus potential.

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees within the blow molding department.
• Drive daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Monitor blow molding equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures.
• Conduct employee training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, process improvement, and cost savings.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and employee engagement activities.

• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and production scheduling.
• Experience leading teams and driving employee performance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
